Browser Compatability

This site works best using Mozilla Firefox - we have noted when using Internet Explorer a dark "lytebox" effect occurs on Product Detail pages. This can be overcome with another click on the page but it is inconvenient. We suggest using Firefox for best operation of our site. We also note that in Internet Explorer 9 clicking on the "Compatibility mode" icon in the address bar allows the lytebox effect on photo viewing and fixes the above-mentioned page problem.

Shipping

We offer free shipping within Australia on orders over $99.95, any orders under this we charge a standard shipping fee of $15.00. Please contact us at info@bananacoastdivers.com.au for overseas shipping quotes.

Warranty Information

As an Australian authorised dealer for TUSA, Waterproof, Underwater Kinetics and Probe Wetsuits all our products come with a full Australian warranty. We do not source our products from overseas and like you, we are divers and operate a full service dive shop, not a faceless warehouse. All our staff have the experience and product knowledge to help with any equipment issues.

Return policy

While choosing products we understand mistakes can be made, sizes, colours etc. If you find you aren't 100% happy with the product, we will be happy to swap the item, all we ask is the item is sent back to us in the same condition we sent it to you and you cover the shipping costs. Payment Options

 All orders taken online use our secure PayPal site, if online ordering isn't for you, we are happy to take orders via E-mail or over the phone with a credit card.

 Note

Once a product is chosen, you will be shown a costing breakdown. At the moment the GST amount is shown as VAT, this makes no difference to the purchase. We seem to have a clitch in the software (well software operator!..........). We think everything else is done, but if you find something thats not working for you, let us know.
